Outlook Calendar Invites come in as Text

Good Afternoon.

I am experiencing some problems with Outside Calendar Invites coming in on either Office 2010 Pro or Office 365.
Where the invite will come in as plain test.
I have been unable to pin point where the problem is, as for the most part it seems to be hit and miss for most people, with only about 3 people having it happen regular to them.
These users i have checked to make sure they are reviving as HTML, and have also done an uninstall of office and reinstall.
While other users have no problem at all.

Any thoughts on what could be cousin this would be much appresheated

I have an example.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Please, make sure that for iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs) default application is Outlook. https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-set-default-programs-in-windows-10/
