Using same network with Huawei IP Phone and PC or Creating different subnet for IP phones

We have a LAN whose network address is 10.100.8.0 /21, being used for PCs, printers and servers. We have Cisco 2960-X PoE+ switches on our network. We recently bought 500 Huawei IP phones which we want to deploy on the LAN. For purposes of voice quality, great experience and most importantly, best practices:
1) Should we use the same LAN (10.100.8.0 /21) with the phones or create a totally new LAN for the phones?
2) Should we create a new VLAN for VoIP for these new IP phones?
3)  What QoS configs would you suggest?
Any other suggestion is welcome.
Thanking you in advance for your guidance.

The phones should be on their own vlan segment such that you can prioritize VoIP/sip/h.323 over all other traffic if not reserve a portion of the bandwidth .... For phone data.

Cisco has several QoS examples. Your Cisco switch may already gave QoS/vlan based on ?Mac of known VoIP phones. To facilitate with auto-vlaning based on Mac so as you would not need to manually set the port to which you connect a phone .....

We have gone ahead to configure separate VLAN segment (three /24 sized VLANs) for the IP phones. So far so good. Thanks once more for your assistance
