Using same network with Huawei IP Phone and PC or Creating different subnet for IP phones

We have a LAN whose network address is /21, being used for PCs, printers and servers. We have Cisco 2960-X PoE+ switches on our network. We recently bought 500 Huawei IP phones which we want to deploy on the LAN. For purposes of voice quality, great experience and most importantly, best practices:
1) Should we use the same LAN ( /21) with the phones or create a totally new LAN for the phones?
2) Should we create a new VLAN for VoIP for these new IP phones?
3)  What QoS configs would you suggest?
Any other suggestion is welcome.
Thanking you in advance for your guidance.
