I am in an office environment where I have users using Office 2010 and above. I am having the following problems with Shared calendars - Colors and categories.
If I send and or update a (color coded) event to another (shared) user on the network (workgroup environment), the user receives the event however the the color of the event/category info does not propagate to that (shared) user.
Note: All users on the (workgroup) environment are using Exchange Online for the backend.
Note; if I am on the same PC and I toggle between users on that same PC, the color attributes carry over to the other (Shared) user.
Is there an easier way to copy the attributes ( from one PC to another so they show up on the other users)? I found a tool called "CodeTwo CatMan", or perhaps another tool?
