Did u try to turn off the options in outlook &quot;Disable Hardware Acceleration. please try that and then check and also &nbsp;check Event logs on the PC

i just installed Office 2016 on a Windows 7 pro 64 bit computer after uninstalling Office 2007. &nbsp;Everything works except Outlook. &nbsp;When starting it or trying to create a new profile I get the error: the time limit for logging on was reached while waiting for system resources. &nbsp;try again.<br />

I even get that when trying to delete the old profile. &nbsp;I get the same error on 4 other identical PCs. &nbsp;However, it works fine on a Windows 8 PC and a Windows 7 32 bit PC.<br />

Any ideas? &nbsp;I am at my wits end and Microsoft support is clueless. &nbsp;I have tried every support article i could find as well as worked with Microsoft for over 3 hours now. &nbsp;I do not have Sales Force installed.
