Anyone can provide some suggestions on Hard disk encryption software. Something easy to manage with a centralized console. I am currently using Sophos as my EndPoint and not sure if I should use their solution for hard disk encryption as well.

Interesting, didnt think about the encryption from Microsoft. I have Windows 7 and 10 Professional. Can it work?

Both BitLocker and Sophos Encryption would definitely be in the final list for evaluation.
I know the ultimate goal is to encrypt the hard drive. But are there any feature in hard disk encryption software which is just too good to miss out on.

I think I will plan for an OS refresh since Windows 7 will be EOS in another three years. At this moment if there are requirement for encryption I'll address it on a case by case basis and will either upgrade them to Windows 10 or purchase the encryption license from Sophos.
