Changing IIS Connection account and password

Hi,
I changed my admin username so the connection in IIS Manager is failing. This makes sense.
But how do I change the username in IIS Manager that appears next to my server? Please see attached.
When I right-click on the existing server there are no options to change the account.
When I try to add the server again, there is no option to enter an account. The wizard adds the connection with the old account name.
When I look in IIS Manager Users, there are no users listed
