There was a problem sending the command to the program Error

Good Afternoon,

I have a user that is using MS Office 2010 on windows 7 Workstation. Currently when trying to open Word or Excel from time to time they get an error message that reads "There was a problem sending the command to the program".
So far I have check to see if (Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE)) was unchecked located under (File/Options -> Advanced ->  General ->) but it was already unchecked. I do notice that there are plugins being loaded when launching Excel or Word. Do you think this could be a problem?

Try running the apps in safe mode see if the error happens again.

Ok great. You can just close the question if the issue is resolved.

I select my own reason because once I performed what I stated everting was ok.
