Voicemail server needs to send email messages to Office365 but does not support TLS

When we had our Exchange org on premise, our Voicemail Pro server was able to send messages directly to Exchange server that would in turn distribute the messages. Now that our Exchange is hosted by Office 365, the voicemail server can no longer send because the version of VoicemailPro that we have doesn't support TLS. Short of implementing a hybrid environment, what would be the best way to work this out?
