How do I format Exchange 2010 automated room response?

MS Exchange 2010 allows you to customize the automated room responses.  I know how to do this, but what i do not know how to do is properly format the message.  i can type in the text in paragraph form and looks to be properly formatted.  I apply the custom message and it saves properly.  When I receive the automated message from the conference room's automated repose, all the content is there but the formatting is gone.  Anyone know how to keep the formatting so the user doesn't just receive a long paragraph of information?

Writing my response in HTML worked.  I added </p> to the end of each line that needed it and it worked...thanks @Adam Brown!
