Outlook 2016 Cached Mode

After some help please

At my client we have migrated a few users over from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2016, but a lot of these users are set with 12 month cached mode.

I am required to have these changed to all emails cached,, but cannot seem to find a GPO that does this without recreating new profiles.

Does anyone have any ideas?
