outlook, exchange, lync

I am having 2 issues with outlook 2013 with 2 different users .

we are having outlook 2013 and exchange 2007

issue no 1: only one user free busy is not working in his calendar all other users in the company free busy is working
is something wrong with user outlook profile or anything else needs to be checked on his pc.

issue no.2: a user types let us say types deb in ms lync and gets name as wendy  along with along other names starting with D but not deb in lync 2010 which the user is looking

also when the same user  types  in to column deb@domain.com in outlook it displays as wendy@domain.com, wendy already left the company,

how can he get rid of wendy

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
