"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

First question... is that feature installed? Please check.
Next you can only offer assistence if somebody is logged in to the computer, Maybe you tried to offer assistance where nobody was logged in.

There is another user logged in, so thats not causing the issue.
How can I check whether the feature is installed.
Should I check this on the client machine ?

No on the host sccm is installed on.
Go to add roles and features and check if remote assistance is installed under features.
