bootstrap wrap text

I am working on a refresh on a site I manage but when I add text to a col-sm-12 the text does not wrap when the screen size is lower. IE: mobile. The form elements do wrap but not sure why the text does not.

Just looking for the proper syntax to allow the text in the first div to wrap.

Hi the whole page is not resized, because your not completely following the Bootstrap grid syntax.

Rows must be placed within a .container (fixed-width) or .container-fluid (full-width) for proper alignment and padding.

So you will need to adjust the code of the whole page.


Some recommendations:
I would not recommend to use wells because this will abandoned in Bootstrap 4.

Avoid inline CSS

Avoid using fixed values in your custom css as element won't resize.

You may want to use premium theme to save time and you can also learn from it.
