MS Access 2013 field type short text default value

I have table in ms access 2013 in which I added a new filed short text type.
When I open table in datasheet view I can see that Access put value in that filed "No" . But when I open table in design view and check default value in the filed there is  noting there, no default value. From where this "No" is coming and how to remove it.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Screen shots would be helpful, but at a guess, you have a yes/no format set on it somewhere.
