I have a Yahoo account which is having mail forwarded to it from a domain mail server. I'd like to keep it that way if possible.

The problem: Thunderbird (which has one account only [Yahoo] configured) seems to require more than just additional SMTP accounts configured in order to choose from which address to send a mail. The goal is to be able to send from x@domain, y@domain etc. at will. I'm hoping to be able to achieve this goal without adding additional accounts in Thunderbird. Is it possible?
