Although I tried that many times before, now it worked.<br />

I hope this will keep the stored value as it is i.e. &quot;General Date&quot;  or shall I make it &quot;Short Text&quot;.<br />
I like to keep the fraction part as I may need it later for some other comparisons.<br />
