freeware iOS backup tools other than iTunes
Tho Itunes can backup the phone data, it is actually capturing the config of system wide info and restores back the configs plus data when restoring. This is not suitable for our mobile SOE implementation as it will revert the phone back to unsupervised mode even when we have set up the phone in supervised mode. Supervised mode is the corporate requirement for our Mobile SOE implementation.
icloud backup will sync back data only but we have a concern: our corporate phones contain sensitive data & we don't
want to backup to an external source & I understand the keys for encrypted iCloud backup is stored with Apple &
Apple has been known to provide the key to FBI for one case.
Is there any freeware backup that will meet our requirement? A freeware that runs on Windows 7 is preferred rather
than on Mac OSX

It's Ok for the tools to work with iTunes, so long as when restoring, it only restores data (Contacts, emails) but not
iOS configs.
Any tools that could restore via the iPhone's Wifi instead of through USB ports? We block our laptops' USB
