Creating new folder on memory stick

I am trying to save and organise documents to a memory stick from my PC by creating new folders on the USB device. When I click on any of the "New Folder" buttons or options, the programmes close and I don't get a new folder... help... very annoying

If you press F5 don't you see the "New Folder" created?...maybe the USB is slow...it would be much better to organize your files first and then transfer them to USB stick

Hi

Looks like the USB device has encryption softwares running or the manufacturer provided one would be there. Probably thats preventing your activities.

Either delete those or format the USB n check
