Hyper VM not accessing network or internet.

I am trying to set up a Hyper V host with a couple of VMs. With the help of a previous post here I think I have the basic in place. installed win 2012 R2 and added Hyper V role. I created a couple of raid 10 disk partitions,  I have four on board NICs. After enabling NIC Teaming I created two network teams with two NICs apiece.  One for management and one for use with the virtual switch I created. When I go to network connections of thr host I see the four NICs enabled and I see the two teams I created. The Management Team has a static IP assigned to it which seems to be working. The other team just shows enabled and does not allow me to assign an IP. I get an error when I try to configure an IP on it. I attached screenshots. I created a VM and added cpu, disk, memory, and a network adapter using the virtual switch. I was able to assign an IP to network adapter of the VM but cannot ping out or access the internet.
