Extract all files in a zip files programmatically using Access 2010 VBA

Hello,
This should be an easy one, but I can't seem to find anything that works.  I simply want to have a function where I pass the zip filename and path as well as the destination folder and have it unzip/extract all files in that zip file.

Please let me know if this isn't clear enough.  I'm using MS Access 2010 VBA.  Any help will greatly be appreciated.
