Does the NAS integrate with AD?

The server comes with VMware and the vm is window server 2012. The nas is eastern digital with 4 bays and already integrate with ad. The problem is it does not allow me to grant sub folder permission.

Just create new active directory in the server and also get nas western digital drive external<br />

I already create some folder inside of nas drive and would like to start grant permission there <br />

Any one knows how to do it?
