How to set the initial value, for a page number in MS Word 2013?

I had to divide a 16,000 page Word document into two parts.
Both documents have Page Numbering in the header (Page n of 16,000)

Part 1 document displays the page numbering as page 1 of 8000 in the header.
Part 2 document displays the page numbering as page 1 of 8000 in the header.

I would like Part 2 document, to display the numbering as Page 8001 of 16000 in the header.
In other words, the initial value for the page number should start at 8001.

How I can I set the initial value for a page number, to 8001?

Thank you.

While the solution did work according to the question I asked, but when the format of page number is Page x of y, Word does start the page numbering at 8000 (which is the x value), but Word does NOT change the y number.  The y number should be 16000.  Word sets the y number to the actual physical pages in the document,

The last page of my document displays:  16000 of 8000.
It could be that the page count is derived from a SectionPages field. Usually it is from a NumPages field.
Use Alt + F9 to display the codes for all the fields in the document. If you see:
                     { Page } of { SectionPages }
then you can edit the text to look like:
                     { Page } of { NumPages }
Note that the symbols that resemble curly brackets are field delimiters and cannot be directly edited.
You can re-display the field results again with the Alt + F9 shortcut toggle.

You may have separate headers for the two sections. In that case you will have to edit both.
