Exchange 2010 Migration to Office365 Exchange Online

I am going to be performing a Migration from an on premise Exchange server to Office 365. I will be moviing 25 mailboxes to Office 365. I will want all mailboxes, contacts and calendars to be moved.

Does anyone have a step be step Migration? Is PST migration with the pst capture console the best option?

Any help to make this migration seamless would be great.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The best option is doing Hybrid, as it will take care of reconfiguring the Outlook profiles, and the overall experience will be best. Now, for just 25 users it might be an overkill, so you can also consider using a Cutover migration: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Cutover-migration-to-Office-365-9496e93c-1e59-41a8-9bb3-6e8df0cd81b4?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US

Avoid PST based migrations unless you dont have any other option. They offer the worst possible experience both for admins and end-users.
