Fortigate to Cisco ASA IKE VPN with LAN IP overlap

Our Fortigate router is on the network (Not our doing), and we are trying to connect to a vendor's Cisco ASA but they have another VPN with the same subnet as ours.  They said there isn't anything they can do on their end.  Is their something I can do on my end to get this connected?  A Virtual IP to mask our actual LAN subnet to the VPN?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

it would be better to change your network if you can.
How many devices do you have on your network?

Sean RhudyPresidentAuthor Commented:
We have a few hundred devices.  We decided to purchase a separate internet service and VPN router for this one device that needs the site to site.
