Placing password to a specific notebook in Microsoft OneNote 2016

Is there a way to place a password to an entire OneNote Notebook?  (we have Microsoft Office OneNote 2016 Desktop version).

We know we can place password to section but wanted to place a password for the entire notebook.

Yes, that makes sense placing the notebook on a shared folder.  There has tonce a better work around.

Hi, just finished closing the question, but wanted to know where in the computer is the actual notebook? (we know where the notebook is in OneDrive)

FYI:
We have Windows 10 Pro PC

My files are located in C:\Users\(username)\OneDrive\Documents but that might depend on which version of OneNote you're using. I'm using the free version from the Windows 10 app store.

we are using onenote 2016.  Ok, we check.

According to this article it looks like the files might be located at C:\Users\user name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneNote\version\Backup or somewhere near there.
