Inbound Calls on FXO port not working VGW

outbound calls are working fine but incoming calls are not working on same port .

i run debug vpm signals and the output is below :

caller-id is not available by TELCO.
please advice me what to do ...

I do not see anywhere where you have a route to an FXS port to establish the connection nor do I see any translation rule that indicates to what extension this call should be routed.

What is this VGW.

Do the reverse trace an outgoing call and see whether that sheds light .
