IE 11 proxy GPO

trying to setup the proxy in IE 11 to go to barracuda, manually it works fine, i have the admin template for iE, though it says IE 10, it's supposed to work for iE11 as well, its set in the gpo and gpresult shows that gpo being applied but the proxy settings aren't set.. is there something special for IE 11 and chrome?
