Uninstall Office 2007 Standard before installing Office 2016 via Office Deployment Tool

Hello Experts. We're about to deploy O365 company-wide. We have about 300 users running Office 2007 Standard. Is there a way to tell ODT to remove 2007 before installing O365? 2007 is 32-bit. I would like to deploy 64-bit. It's overkill for many users but I would like everyone to be on the same version. All users are on Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit. This will be my first deployment using ODT so forgive my ignorance. Thanks!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
