When creating a new email or replying to email in Outlook 2016 (desktop version) I get this empty box labeled "My Templates" that takes up half the screen.  I have attached a screenshot.   I have failed to figure out how to remove this.  Anybody got any ideas?

My Templates is not listed as an Add In (see attached file).  I did disable the SharePoint Add In, exited Outlook and upon going back in the My Template box was gone.   I then re-enabled the SharePoint Add In and restarted Outlook and the My Templates box did not reappear.

Offhand I would have to say just restarting Outlook appears to have resolved the problem.
