Looking for a printer manager which lists all printers in the organization

I am looking for a portal or a printer which will display all printers on our network, perhaps in an easy graphical format.
So that I can see at a glance all printers and can manage them etc..

Packages like Xerox CentreWare Web and HP Web Jetadmin will find all networked printers (not just the ones shown in their support list). They also have several features that let you manage them - but not all of those will work with unsupported printers.

Both are free downloads. There are also many paid packages that will do more than these. However, as you have given no indication about what you're trying to do, start by looking through the specs of the free ones. If one or both look OK, install one and try it. Otherwise, search for "print management software" for packages like PaperCut.
