Exchange 2007 to 2013 Migration Error

Ran into some trouble migrating our exchange from 2007 to 2013. We have changed the old 2007 cas server to legacy.email.com and have the 2013 as email.com. When we try to sign into to email.com it does redirect back to legacy.email.com but we get this error:

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at https://legacy.email.com/owa/auth/owaauth.dll might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_TRUNCATED

We have been all over with this error, checking url and everything but nothing is working.

Any ideas?

Have you checked that the bindings are correct for owa in IIS?

Looked at the bindings and they are all correct.
If the machine hasn't been restarted since this problem has occurred try resetting IIS either by cmd - iisreset or open IIS snap and restart the service. If that doesn't help turn off SSL in IIS and see if you can access OWA via http if you can then it is most likely a certificate issue and yo probably need to remove the old cert and generate a new one.
Justin,

Thanks for the response. We've tried everything you've just suggested. There has been no difference with the error.

Hello, Kevin, thanks for the reply. I checked on the links and have been running through this as the docs tell us to do. We are still stuck at that same error and we are going to be engaging microsoft support for further guidance.

I appreciate the help everyone.
