Easiest way to push UEFI password to bulk Surface Pro's?

Hey guys - long time reader, first time poster!!

Could anyone here point me in the right direction for pushing UEFI passwords out to 100's of Surface Pro's? I'm thinking group policy is probably the way, but I'm a bit unsure where to start to be honest. A generic password for every device is all I am looking to achieve. Environment:

2012 R2 Domain
Windows 10 Clients
Surface Pro 4's, but some 3's
