A question about Outlook Customer Manager

We are looking to implement the Outlook Customer Manager, but would like to know if someone has had experience in the following situation.

If you have multiple accounts in your Outlook 2016 client, (a combination of Office 365 accounts, and or Exchange accounts), will "Outlook Customer Manager" work across all accounts, or just the one you installed it from?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Jackie ManCommented:
The answer is No and Outlook Customer Manager will be available at no extra cost to Office 365 Business Premium subscribers who use MS Outlook 2016 for MS Windows and some features will be available to o365 E3, E5 plans subscribers soon.

Essentially, it is just an online service for Office 365 and will only work for the Office 365 licensees with Exchange Online service.
