Migrating from Exchange 2010 on SBS 2011 to office 365
I have moved all the mailboxes from the sBS server to office 365 and updated all DNS. We are now using OWA on office 365 and on our mobile devices . We have installed the new Outlook on our computers ,but when we set Outlook up it automatically connects to the SBS server and configures Outlook to the SBS server and can't find Auto Discover like our phones to connect to office 365. What can I do so that Outlook does not connect to the Exchange on SBS and instead connect to the office 365. We have about 12 users. Thank you,

You can try create new profile for user and select Manual configuration in Wizard and point to O365
There is ................. you need to set autodiscover to null on the sbs exchange server, so outlook clients stop trying to connect to the SBS server - use the command below
Set-ClientAccessServer –Identity “xx” –AutoDiscoverServiceIntern
You also need to point your internal autodiscover dns entry to autodiscover.outlook.com - tried and tested I've personally used these in the past few weeks and month when doing the same migration as you. you'll have to wait approx 1 hour once the changes have been made
