What is needed to be able to add a logo to my email signature using OWA 2010

I have tried adding a logo to my email signature using OWA 2010 but when I send email the receiving party does not see my logo.  Does the logo need to be saved on a server in our network?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The logo you use can be hosted on a public web server in a way that will allow the recipient to download it without authentication, preferably. You can then configure the signature to use an HTTP tag to show the image, rather than attaching the image to the email.

That said, if the recipient is not using an HTTP compliant mail client to read your email, the image will never show. This is the same if the recipient's mail server is configured to reformat messages to plain text. In addition, the recipient will probably need to configure their outlook (if they use that) to download images in emails before the logo will appear.
