How to get Local Admin rights when connecting to a user thru Webex

Our company recently removed local administrative rights to all users.  As an administrator how can I get local administrator permission when I use webex to connect to a user to be able to uninstall or install applications?  Thanks

You would have to do a runas with your admin credentials once you are remoted into the PC.
For example if you want to run a program with elevated creds you just hold the shift key down while right clicking on the ICON and choose Run as different user.

Thanks Edward, I already knew how to right click and on a program and choose "Run as administrator", but that doesn't work when you go to "Programs and Features" in Windows 7 and try to uninstall a program.  You don't get the option of "Run as administrator" when you right click on the program you want to uninstall.

Thanks, I will try tomorrow when I am back at work.  I also just thought to try and connect to end user thru remote desktop.
If you are logging into the machine with admin ID via remote desktop you should have admin rights to the machine, unless you meant remote assistance.
Thanks
