What is your upload bandwidth?<br />
When you VPN to a site and retrieve a document you are actually uploading it from a site, not downloading. &nbsp;Thus the upload speed is generally the cap. &nbsp;Most internet services have something like 50 Mbps down, and 3 Mbps up.

That is not the issue then. &nbsp;Hopefully others more familiar with SonicWall will reply.

Well I've had the same issue on Cisco and Sonicwall. Are you not being capped?

I have heard of ISPs blocking VPN traffic, but never capping it. &nbsp;It can also be a limitation of an ISP router somewhere between the two sites, but unlikely it would be that low.
