The easiest way is to install Chrome Remote Desktop app in your desktop PC which have all the software you want and you install Chrome Remote Desktop app in your Android device to have remote access to your desktop PC.<br />

Clarification<br />
These users do not have a desktop to share. I can provide 20 virtual Windows 7 machines and 20 Windows XP machines but would like to investigate Virtual App Servers to lessen the maintenance complexity. The users are on a machine shop floor and need to view setups on Windows Write(XP), and an ERP software M2M (Win7). So I need to host applications on both platforms.<br />
Out of the three listed Virtual application &nbsp;servers which provides the following:<br />
1. Ability to run XP apps through Windows 7 Apps.<br />
2. Is easiest to setup and is cost effective for 20 users<br />
3. Runs apps on Android Tablets.<br />
