How do I block the ability to download all browsers , or USB.

It's going to be very difficult to block all downloads, because there are hundreds of programs that download from the internet, not just browsers.  curl, wget, ftp, sftp, tftp, psftp, almost all communication programs, Skype, Skype alternatives ... the list goes on and on.

In fact, you don't want to block all downloads because some are necessary - Windows Update, browser updates, browser plugin updates.

IE, chrome & Firefox will be enough

There should be a manual script / registery tweak for chrome firefox and IE that will block all downloads.

I'm looking for the registry keys for IE/ Chrome/ Firefox when I can disable the downloads option.

So they can't download.
