Dear experts,

I have dates on A1 to A10, B1 to B10, C1 to C10.
Each with a respective header (Calls, Meetings, Contracts) in row 1 for each column.

I want to do a pivot table which:
on the left side indicate in three rows the labe of Calls, Meetings, and Contracts.
on the top it lists week 1 to 52 of this year.
in the date portion it indicate how many dates occur under which week # for each row i.e. Calls, Meetings, Contracts.

Br,
JP

Hi JP,

I don't think its possible through Pivot Table or without Helper Column. May be some other expert can provide you better solution.

Here is my approach to count the occurrence as per Week Numbers as initially you wanted.
