How to create Outlook .pst file using VBscript or command line.

I want to create an automation for customer where, New .pst file will auto create and mapped with user profile when old .pst file size cross 2GB.

There is not an Outlook command to do this. PST is a proprietary format as well.

Use the Archive Function to keep the main file below 2 GB. That works fine. I do this myself.

I know the commercial product that provides the command line you can use to create/add PST files to Outlook profile.

Create an empty PST and use it as a template by creating copies of it
