Need free tool to synchronize domain controller user details
Hi dears,
I need a free tool to to synchronize all users details for an on-prime domain controller with another domain on cloud.
The details we need must be synchronized with all users details like name, job, passwords and any other details.
The available tool is MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager) but it is very expensive tool, So I would like to ask if any one know any other tool which may help me at that situation.

Actually Azure AD will require an account on windows azure, and I need a free tool, only to synchronize the users.
What is the cloud based domain? Where/How is it hosted?

It is a new cloud hosting service that is based on open stack and hosted in Saudi Arabia
