eFolder Discontinued Product Keys No Longer Available

WORKS2011 used Ask the Experts™
in 2015 eFolder announced discontinuation of Email Archiving however the keys continued to work which they confirmed would be the case. In other words they no longer provide support but the app will continue to work afterwards. As of earlier today the keys no longer work and we cannot access archived email. Has anyone else experienced this and know a work-around to get to archived email? I believe this is a third party app as well, is there a more responsible vendor that could maybe help.
