WHAT I WANT IS WHEN YOU DOUBLE CLICK ON A CELL  IN THIS CASE A PN IN CELL B10 A USER FORM APPEARS TO ENTER INFORMATION FOR THAT GIVEN CELL AND EVERYTIME I GO BACK TO THAT CELL THE INFORMATION I PREVIOUSLY ENTERED IS STILL THERE.  I WANTED TO DO THIS ACROSS MULTIPLE CELLS  FROM B10:B19.

ATTACHED IS AN ATTACHMENT ILLUSTRATING WHAT I WANTED TO DO WITH AN EXAMPLE OF HOW THE USER FORM SHOULD LOOK LIKE.  VERY SIMPLE FORM.

This is awesome......but I have three questions

1.   Is there a way that the cell that I double click shows up on the userform so we know what PN we are seeing?
 2. The data that gets entered for each PN can it be seen every time it's being clicked on and not disappear when you exit.
 3.  The OK button on the userform does not work....

Ok, so to answer your questions:

1.   Is there a way that the cell that I double click shows up on the userform so we know what PN we are seeing?

The answer is Yes.  However, where do you want to display the PN?

2. The data that gets entered for each PN can it be seen every time it's being clicked on and not disappear when you exit.

What do you mean by this?  Are you wanting to store the data that you enter in the form in the table like below:

3.  The OK button on the userform does not work....

Correct.  We need to further clarify your requirements before touching this.

1.  So when I click on a PN that the PN is on the userform, either being a label or the userform caption.

2.  Yes....when someone enters information for that particular PN since they will all be different that if the anyone was to open the file that they too can click on it and see what was entered.  The data can be stored on sheet4 for example.

3.  I used UserForm2.Hide for my OK Button.

OK, all is fine except for:
2. when someone enters information for that particular PN since they will all be different that if the anyone was to open the file that they too can click on it and see what was entered.  The data can be stored on sheet4 for example.

Are you saying that PN 950-11111 could have more than one variation of Terms, FOB Origin and Quote Validation and that these will be stored on a different sheet?  I assume your objective is to maintain a list of Vendor Pricing schedules am I correct?

If your answer is Yes then you will need to allow for the storage of the data entered in your Form.

Each PN will only have one input for each Terms, FOB, Quote.  For Example:  Terms: NET 45 DAYS, FOB:  Destination, Quote:  180 Days.  That's pretty much the extent of what will be entered.

Yes... the data can be stored in any sheet....

Great!  I will post up a revised version for you shortly.

Question :

Can you confirm that your list of PN's will remain the same or will it expand over time?

Author

Commented:
Each File will have different PN's.  But for each file once it's entered it will not change.  The max for each sheet is 10 PN's max.

Ok, sorry for the delay I got called into an unscheduled meeting..

Please see attached, I have made some changes to your project.

As follows :

1. If a user double-clicks a PN # on the Worksheet, the form is opened and populated with the PN data.  The selected PN # is displayed on the form caption for identification.

Before moving onto the Save/Edit functionality, could you expand more on what you are wanting to do with the other empty text boxes associated with Supplier's B, C, and D?
