Cisco 4400
Hello trying to reset default on cisco 4400.
Bought this 2 cable

Non of them is working. Trying to connect using COM1 Putty Serial port.
What I am doing wrong ?

So I can not connect female com to female com and connect using serial port ?
I use this cable to connect a device without serial port to Cisco devices.

Problem this cisco has only com port not rj45 console port.
You can, with the right cable.
