how to check mis-spellings in a select SQL
I have a table with every city in the US. in my ASP.NET application, A user is asked to "type your city for your search" into a text box. In a mobile phone, I may accidentally type SEAKTTLE
The SQL table of course has "SEATTLE' but does not have "SEAKTTLE"
For user-friendliness, instead of saying "no results found" i think it would be great to say "Did you mean? " Followed by a suggestion or suggestions of actual city entries.
Can anyone think of a way to go about this?
