hi,

i have run the exchange hybrid wizard and it was all working and was routing emails fine but it suddenly stopped working now when i try to validate it comes up with the following error.

RecipientStatus:[{LED=530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated}

this is when sending from fillindomain.com (office 365) to fillindomain.com (on-prem) the MX record is pointing to office 365. Also i can email the users in office 365 with the same email fine. it is just from office 365 to on-prem through the hybrid send connector.

Exchange hybrid is on a exch 2010 SP3 RU12.

i have already checked that the on prem server is set to accept Anonymous users.

Also here is the header i get back on the bounce back (it doesn't try to leave )365):

Hi,

I guess your receive connector on prem server need to set to accept Anonymous users.

Set it and Restart the transport service then try again.
