Need help to create Powershell script

Hi There, I am looking for a  Powershell script which would basically check the Citrix servers if logon is disabled and no session connected to server then reboot the server. Can you please help to create the script. I would be thankful to you  for your help.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Also you can try this powershell script too, which is really working fine but you need to customise for your environment.
