What I'm trying to do is  on cell B3 on sheet1 when I enter any RFQ number that it will populate the part number, rev , Description, etc... on sheet1 from the data tab.  Everything from the data tab that's associated with the RFQ number will be populated in sheet1.

The column headers are the same for ease of simplicity.  On the attachment I have in cell B3 as 4000 as my example.

The intent is auto populate those cells since I will hundreds of RFQ numbers with data.

The problem is that you have multiple duplicate RFQ numbers. A formula using VLOOKUP is why you want but it will only pick up the first entry of say 4000. can the RFQ be changed to RFQ-1,RFQ-2, etc.?

You could do  this by filtering the data on the 'Data' sheet, which would be straightforward.

Where it becomes a bit more complicated is incorporating the CUMM columns.

Shums....looks great.   So I added more lines to the data sheet and it doesn't  seem to pick up the additional information that I entered.
