Hello Experts

We are designing a network infrastructure for a remote office
It's 5 floor building with 200+ nodes.
This building will have its own L3 switch, Inter-VLAN routing, Call Manager.

We want to connect this building with our main office. All the services and policies are centralised at main office.

Services like Web Surfing, Email,VoIP, Business Application,Active Directory Replication,

I'd like seek advice from our experts what is the best and cost effective solution to connect remote office with our main office

Microwave IP VPN through ISP will be expensive I guess
I'm not sure how much Point to Point Wireless Bridge are reliable and stable.

Any suggestions and advices are welcome.
